基于EDEM的螺带式搅拌装置在双立轴搅拌机上的应用研究

摘    要:为研究螺带式搅拌装置在强制式混凝土搅拌主机上的应用效果,以双立轴水泥混凝土搅拌机为例,利用Pro/E及EDEM软件对双立轴螺带式搅拌装置与叶片式搅拌装置的物料搅拌过程进行三维实体建模及仿真模拟,结果表明,前者物料搅拌效果与后者相当甚至更有优势。

Abstract:In order to find the effects of spiral blades applied in forced double-vertical concrete mixer, a three- dimensional model is built to simulate the agitating process of double-vertical spiral blades mixer and double- vertical shovel blades mixer by using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E and discrete element analysis software EDEM. The results show that the former is equivalent to or better than the latter in agitating effects.
