汽油机优化排放控制技术研究

摘    要:阐述了DiesOtto发动机技术、缸内直喷技术、双涡轮分级增压技术、双气道喷射技术、混合动力等满足欧V排放标准的现代汽车新技术的原理,分析了其节约能源,减少尾气排放的效能。研究发现:混合动力汽车的排放性能最好,排放量降低30%;直喷技术能减少20%燃料消耗;奔驰DiesOtto发动机与同排量S级轿车的输出功率和最大扭矩相同,而油耗仅为S级轿车的2/3;双气道喷射技术可降低油耗8%-15%。

Abstract:Some new technologies are discussed in the paper, including DiesOtto technique, direct-injection technology, twin turbo-charging, twin port-injection, and hybrid technique, which meet the Euro V emission standards. Also, the energy saving and exhaust emission reduction are analyzed. The research shows that a hybrid automobile has the best emission effect, and reduces 30% of emissions; the direct-injection technology can decrease the fuel consumption by 20 percent; the DiesOtto engine (Mereedes-Benz) can have the same output power and the maximum torque as those of the Benz's ear, with only two-third of fuel consumption and the twin-port injection technique can reduce 8% to 15% of fuel consumption.
