预制装配式部分钢骨混凝土框架梁柱节点承载能力的试验研究

摘    要:为了更好的实现建筑结构工厂化生产,找到可靠、实用、经济的预制装配式结构连接方式,提出了预制装配式部分钢骨混凝土框架结构的概念,进行了六个预制装配式部分钢骨混凝土节点试件的低周往复试验,并与四个相同工况的钢筋混凝土试件的承载力、裂缝和破坏情况进行了对比分析,结果表明:预制装配式部分钢骨混凝土试件的承载力约为普通钢筋混凝土试件的3倍,符合“强节点弱构件、强柱弱梁”的抗震设计理念,说明预制装配式部分钢骨混凝土框架结构的承载能力优于普通钢筋混凝土结构,连接可靠,是实现工厂化生产、现场装配施工的可行结构形式.

Abstract:To better realize the industrialization of construction structure and find the reliable,practical and economic connection of precast structure,a new concept of precast and discontinuous steel reinforced concrete frame structure is proposed.Low cyclic tests for six joint specimens of precast and discontinuous steel reinforced concrete are performed,and the test results are compared with four specimens of reinforced concrete in the same working condition.Comparative analysis on the bearing capacities,cracks and damages for specimens are performed,which shows that bearing capacity for the specimens of precast and discontinuous steel reinforced concrete is about three times that for the specimens of the ordinary reinforced concrete.Test result conforms to the seismic design idea that joints and columns should be strong,components and beam should be weak.It further indicates that the bearing capacity for the frame structure of the precast and discontinuous steel reinforced concrete is better than that for the frame structure of the ordinary reinforced concrete.Their connection is the reliable and the feasible to realize the industrialized production and site assembly construction.
