摘    要:利用精益管理和ERP管理技术,设计了高速动车预组装推拉式生产模型和建模方法.通过获取预组装工序基础数据,消除各种浪费,优化工艺、生产流程,改进作业组织结构、作业方式、生产线布局和物料配送方式,最终使该工序班组作业范围减少55%,人员节省20%,生产台位减少17%,生产周期缩短17%,生产场地节省31%.

Abstract:Push-pull production model and modeling methods are designed using lean management and ERP technology in high-speed EMU pre-assembly procedure.The results show that by using the pre-assembly procedure,operating range of the team is decreased by 55%,operation personnel is saved by 20%,work platform reduced by 17%,production cycle shortened by 17%,and production area cut by 31%.It also eliminates waste,optimizes process and production processes and improves operating organizational structure,practices mode,production line layout and the way of material distribution.
