| Abstract: | The speech summarizes the achievements made In the field of communication in Guangxi in the period of the ninth“Five- year”period and the year 2000.It proposes the goal and thought for Guangxi communication work in the tenth “Five- year”period.It also calls for taking the advantage of the opportunity of west regions development and speeding up the construction of infrastructure to realize a leap forward development in the field of communication in Guangxi. |
