城市轨道交通系统运营安全性指标研究

从城市轨道交通系统的运营安全性出发，针对目前评价轨道交通安全性缺乏量化指标的问题，根据城市轨道交通系统的组成及运行特点，在参照目前研究得到的安全性定性指标基础上，论文利用数理统计方法提出事故后果严重程度指标、事故发生频率指标、系统的稳定性指标，由此分析得出较为系统的轨道交通安全性指标。该指标体系能够定量地刻画事故后果严重程度，分析系统的稳定性，论述系统整体网络的安全性强弱，为轨道交通安全性分析奠定基础。

Research on Operation Security Indexes of Urban Mass Transit System

To analyze operation security of urban mass transit system and solve the lack of quantitative indexes problem, under the precondition of former qualitative indexes, the index of severity of fault, frequency of fault, the strength of the network are presented by the measure of the probability and statistics. Then the holistic security index of the system is put forward. Severity of fault, stability of system and security of holistic security can be quantitatively described by this index system which can be the basic of static security analysis of distribution network.
