我国城市轨道交通应用ABS融资模式的可行性和变通模式分析

本文介绍了ABS的基本原理及运作流程，在此基础上分析了其应用于我国城市轨道交通项目的可行性和障碍，并根据当前的限制因素提出了适用于我国轨道交通项目的ABS变通模式的初步构想，以及轨道交通项目中ABS和其他投融资模式的结合方式。

Analysis of the Feasibility and the Transmutation Mode of ABS in the Urban Mass Transit

The principle and the operation flow are introduced in the paper. Beside, the feasibility and the hindrance of the ABS application in urban rail transit are analyzed. According to all the limiting factors, the transmutation model which suitable for the practical situation is pilot studied. The combined way of the ABS and other financing model is referred as well.
