| Abstract: | In order to cause the transportation higher vocational education health, to continue to develop, is clear about its localization, can go a step further the standard and promotes its health development; Makes the characteristic, can meet the employment market actual need. This paper unifies two levels of institutes the actual situations to propose the correct localization must consider 3 principles,must grasp 8 localizations, make the characteristic to have from 6 aspects diligently. |
