| 摘 要： | 环境保护涉及社会各个领域,公路建设与环境保护密切相关。文中对公路建设环境保护作了分析与探讨,对环境影响评价制度与方法进行了较为全面的阐述,总结归纳了公路设计、施工、营运期公路环境保护工作的重点与解决措施。

| Abstract: | Environmental protection is almost involved in all fields of community and highway engineering is closely interrelated with environmental protection. So in the paper, EIA system and method in the process of roading building is elucidated in detail. In addition, emphasis of environmental protection and measures to solve environmental issues in the design, construction and transportation of roads are discussed too. |
