| Abstract: | Along with the dramatically development of Chinese Economy, young staff would be the driving force in all enterprises, so how to organize young staff effectively is a particularly important topic. With the ancient Chinese Art of war system, this article takes the characteristics of young staff into consideration and also take it as starting point to study new concept of young staff＇ s Thoughts building in enterprise, which will not only provide intellectual support for talent pool building, but also set new model for young staff＇ s political work in enterprise. |
