| Abstract: | In this paper, the author analyzes the current situation of Chinese servant-headmaster through headmasters' cognition and environment firstly.Secondly,the status quo,difficulties and problems of the servant-headmaster in our country are described.Lastly,the concrete strategies of developing the servant-headmaster in our country are discussed. |
