深化学生关键能力培养的对策研究

文中分析了学院开展学生关键能力培养中存在的问题，从解决问题的认识出发，提出了明确关键能力发展的人才培养目标、开发关键能力培养课程资源、课程教学和渗透策略为主要方式，推广团队教学组织形式和建立适宜能力发展的评价体系等方面的改革策略，以期全面深化学院的学生关键能力培养工作。
