STOW公约马尼拉修正案对轮机专业教学实践的启示

STCW公约马尼拉修正案于2012年1月1日开始生效，该修正案对船员的培训、发展和值班提出了更高更新的要求。因此，船员培训有关部门有必要根据该修正案的具体修正内容，结合目前轮机专业船员教学培训实际，对轮机专业船员培训制定出行之有效的应对方案及改革措施，争取实现主动履约。文中在深入研究马尼拉修正案的基础上，提出了针对轮机专业教学实际的几点教学改革建议。

Some Advices on the Marine Engineering Teaching Practice in Accordance with the Manila Amendments to STCW Convention

The Manila Amendments to STCW Convention came into force at the beginning of this year. This amendment raised much stricter requirements on the training of seamen. Therefore, it is essential for the marine engineering training departments and organizations to carry out corresponding and effective plans and reforming measures for seamen training in an aim to abide by the Manila Amendments. This papers,on the basis of thorough study, raises some teaching reform measures.
