| 摘 要： | 近年来,高职院校实行"2+1"的教育模式。在这种教育体制下,非职业的大学生管乐团面临着训练时间短、教学难度大、生员流动快等客观因素。文中就此课题阐述了在如此的客观条件下,如何做好大学生管乐团的训练。
