| 摘 要： | 学分制是对传统学年制的一种根本性革命,与学年制有着本质不同。文中介绍了学分制和学分制收费,从学分制收费对高校教育体制改革的作用等方面,分析了高校实施学分制收费的意义,说明学分制收费在整个学分制改革中起着关键性的作用,是我国高校收费改革的方向。

| Abstract: | The credit system is a reforming to the academic year and has an essential difference from it.This paper introduces the credit system and charge to the credit,and analyzes the reformational significance of the charge to credit in universities by the function of the charge to credit in the university system reforming.It shows that the charge to credit is the key to the credit system reforming and is the way for domestic university charge reforming. |
