| 摘 要： | 文中通过对航运服务业基本内涵与构成论述,结合当前广东省内河航运服务业发展现状,指出当前广东省内河航运服务业发展存在的主要问题,提出相关发展对策:①出台内河航运发展的政策措施;②发展高端航运服务业,提高航运竞争力;③搭建现代航运交易服务的标志性平台;④发展现代航运服务业,建立国际航运中心。

| Abstract: | After describing the connotation and elements of shipping service industry, this paper points out the main problems through analyzing the status quo of Shipping Service Industry of Inland River in Guangdong province. Moreover, it puts forward several countermeasures： firstly, formulates policies on the shipping development of inland river; secondly, develops top-of-the-line shipping service to increase competitiveness; thirdly, sets up a symbolic platform for modern shipping trading service; fourthly, improves the modern shipping service and build up international shipping center. |
