| 摘 要： | 经济法课程是为适应经济、管理类专业培养目标的要求而设立的一门重要的基础课。然而，当前经济、管理专业经济法课堂教学实践中存在诸多问题。为了提高经济法的教学效果，适应社会对人才的需要，教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等几个方面的改革迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | Economic law course is an important foundation courses, which is established to adapt to the training objectives of economic and management major. However, there are many problems in the current classroom teaching practice. In order to improve the teaching effectiveness, to adapt to the needs for talent, the reform on the teaching philosophy, the teaching content, the teaching methods, the teaching methods and other aspects is urgently needed. |
