基于层次分析法的超高性能混凝土生产质量评价体系

摘    要:超高性能混凝土(UHPC)因具有超高的强度、耐久性及韧性而得到了较为广泛的应用。为确保超高性能混凝土质量,减少因生产过程导致超高性能混凝土质量不合格而令混凝土力学性质降低,本文通过层次分析法(AHP)分析了影响超高性能混凝土质量的13个因素,并计算各个因素的权重,进而构建了UHPC质量评价体系。研究表明,超高性能混凝土配合比设计C8和施工工艺中的搅拌C10、浇筑C12及养护C13是影响超高性能混凝土生产质量的主要因素。研究结论可为UHPC生产质量控制提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has been widely used because of its ultra-high strength,durability and toughness.In order to ensure the quality of high performance concrete and reduce incidents of the decreasing mechanical properties of concrete resulting from the the ultra-high performance concrete quality unqualification caused by production process.By way of analyzing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),13 factors affecting the quality of high performance concrete are analyzed,and the weight of each factor are calculated,then the UHPC quality evaluation system are built.The results show that mixing C10,pouring C12 and curing C13 are the main factors affecting the production quality of ultra-high performance concrete.The conclusion can provide reference for UHPC construction quality control.
