G105线从化流溪河水库二号桥(彩虹桥)加固施工

近年来由于超载超限车辆增多，对公路桥梁设施造成严重破坏，降低了桥梁的使用寿命，有的甚至引起桥梁结构性破坏，不得不拆除重建。广东从化流溪河水库二号桥由于受超重车辆的影响，拱肋、拱板、吊杆横梁及桥面板出现不同程度的裂缝。为确保该桥的使用安全，采取更换吊杆、拱肋加固及横梁贴钢板等方法进行加固。文中主要论述了加固过程的施工方法，为同类型的桥梁加固施工提供参考。

The No.2 Bridge of Liuxi River Reservoir in Conghua City of G105 (Rainbow Bridge)Reinforcement

In recent years, due to the increase of overloaded vehicles, severe deterioration to the facilities of highway bridges has caused, and the life of bridge facilities has been reduced. Sometimes, it even caused the structural damage of the bridge, and the bridge has to be removed and reconstructed. Influenced by the overloaded vehicles, the No.2 bridge of Liuxi River Reservoir in Conghua City of Guangdong Province was severely damaged. Cracks of different levels appear in the arch rib,arch slab,cross beam of hangers and bridge deck.In order to ensure the safety of the bridge,the method of replacing the hangers, reinforcement of arch rib and pasting steel plates in cross beams is adopted. In this paper,the reinforcement methods in this bridge are described in detail,and these can give reference to similar practical projects.
