成果导向教育理念下高职审计专业课程体系改革实践与研究

成果导向教育理念提出至今备受关注,日趋成熟,在教育教学改革创新中的应用越来越广。本文基于"需求先导、成果中心、连贯统整、持续改进"特点的成果导向"三循环"课程发展模式,结合广东农工商职业技术学院审计专业"四进三出、角色转换、能力递进"人才培养模式,重构专业课程体系,建立以学生为中心、以能力为本为、以工匠精神培养为基础的专业课程框架。

Study on Reform of Curriculum System of Auditing Major under Concept of Results-oriented Education

The concept of results-oriented education has attracted much attention and become more and more mature.The concept has been applied more and more widely in the area of the innovation of education teaching reform.Based on the characteristics of "demand guidance,achievement center,coherence and integration,continuous improvement",this paper presents a results-oriented "three-cycle" curriculum development model to combine with the talent training mode of "four in three out,role transition" of the auditing major of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic.The article aims to reconstruct the professional curriculum system and establish a professional curriculum framework based on the framework of student-centered,ability-based,craftsmanship spirit-cultivated.
