港珠澳大桥试桩环保泥浆的制备工艺研究

摘    要:采用膨润土、抗盐粘土、原状土、肇花工地周围的黄粘土4种土,将这4种土分别进行淡水造浆与海水造浆,并对比研究泥浆的性能,找到能满足港珠澳大桥施工要求的环保、经济的泥浆。试验还发现海水造浆通过加入Na2CO3、CMC能达到淡水造浆的效果,其泥浆有害物质浓度低于海洋沉淀物排放标准,环保性俱佳。

Abstract:We can find the green mud that satisfy Hongkong Zhuhai Macao bridge construction requirement of mud, through the bentonite, the anti-salty clay, the undisturbed soil, clay around Zhao-hua project department separate compound water mud and sea mud. The experiment discovered that the sea mud added Na2CO3 and CMC can be able to achieve water effect, its mud harmful density is lower than the sea settling emission standard, and the environmental performance is very good.
