| Abstract: | Building ＂harmonious traffic＂ is the systematicness value target,need to take harmonious ethics as guiding,from the structure scanning modern traffic relation on macroscopic view and their characteristic.Deliberate the basic relation between the traffic main body,between traffic object,between traffic host object,adjust an optimization by a series,make that march from conflict to harmony unceasingly. |
