| 摘 要： | 根据教育部《关于加强高职高专教育人才培养工作的意见》的精神,对高职物流管理专业的人才培养模式进行了探讨,提出以岗位需求为导向确定培养目标,以能力培养为中心构建教学体系,并重点探讨了教学体系在具体实施过程中应做好的几个环节。

| Abstract: | Based on the Ministry of Education spirit of"The idea of reinforcing the personnel training job in higher vocational education",this paper discusses the personnel training pattern of Logistics Management in higher vocational colleges, proposes taking the post demand as the guidance of determining training goal, taking ability raise as the center of constructing the educational system, and emphatically discusses that should complete several matters well in educational system concrete implementation process. |
