“双挂牌、双基地”校企合作交通高职人才培养模式实践探索

人才培养模式的创新是高职院校建设发展的关键之举。校企合作、工学结合背景下,行业企业参与高职人才培养过程的比例和分量越来越高,有效发挥行业企业与高职院校的协同效应就成为创新高职院校人才培养模式的中心工作。湖北交通职业技术学院基于实践提出的＂双挂牌、双基地＂校企合作交通高职人才培养模式有效回应了当前高职发展过程中遇到的困境,提供了借鉴路径。
