高职院校引入“校检合作”模式预防职务犯罪探析

纪委受同级党委领导的先天局限性,加上人员编制配备和机构设置的不尽合理,而近年来高职院校职务犯罪问题日益突出,使高职院校纪检部门与检察机关合作预防职务犯罪成为迫切需要。检察机关通过共享自有资源、提出有针对性的司法建议、建立行贿犯罪档案查询系统、协助培训、协助侦查等方式帮助高职院校纪委预防和打击职务犯罪,高职院校通过发挥自身资源优势,为检查机关提供研究服务。

Introducing School-Procuratorate Cooperation Pattern into Higher Vocational for Prevention of Duty Crime

As Commission for Discipline Inspection is under the leadership of the Party committee at the same level,and staff and the working structure are incompatible, the crime problems in Higher Vocational Colleges are Increasingly serious in recent years, which makes the cooperation between higher vocational college Commission for Discipline Inspection and procuratorate become urgent.
