实践导向下高职院校师资队伍建设新探

摘    要:建设一支素质优良、专业配套、结构合理、专兼结合、相对稳定的教师队伍,是提高教学质量的重要保证,是高职院校培养在生产、服务、技术和管理第一线技术型、技能型、职业型人才的前提条件,是高职教育能否办出特色的关键。文中对当前高职院校师资队伍建设面临的问题及源由进行了深入的挖掘和分析,并在总结经验的基础上,提出了实践导向下高职院校师资队伍的建设的对策思路,为高职院校师资队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract:To construct a good qualified, professional and reasonable configured, well integrated professional and part-timed and relatively stable teacher rank is an important promise to the improvement of teaching quality. It is also the precondition for the colleges to cultivate technical,skillful and professional talents in producing, servicing, tech- nology and management, and the linchpin which defines whether the college is distinctive or not.This article analyzes the problems and reasons confronted when constructing the teacher ranks of the vocational colleges.Bring forward a countermeasure on the base of summarizing experiences to the construct,providing reference to the construct of teacher ranks of vocational colleges.
