| 摘 要： | 汕头市西港高架桥主桥墩采用直径2.5m、长71～83m的钻孔灌注桩,按人工焊接工艺安装完一根基桩钢筋需要四、五天时间,后改采用镦粗直螺纹钢筋接头,安装时间减至一、二天时间,大大的提高了钢筋笼安装效率,证明该技术完全能代替常规的焊接技术,可供同行借鉴推广使用。

| Abstract: | The main piers of Xigang viaduct adopts diameter of 2.5m,71-83 m length drill perfusion stake.The traditional manpower jointing eraft needs 4 or 5 days, while juncture of coarse screw thread reinforcing steel bar coop needs only 1 or 2 days. Then enhance the installing efficiency. This technique can substitute the traditional method, which can be used for reference. |
