基于AMESim的ABS液压系统的建模与仿真

摘    要:建立ABS制动系统中液压系统的模型并仿真。利用ABS混合仿真试验台实测制动压力并与仿真结果对比,结果表明:仿真数据与试验结果一致,平均误差小于0.84bar。得出结论,该模型为ABS液压控制器的参数设计提供了简便可靠的手段,并为控制逻辑的设定提供了依据。

Abstract:The ABS hydraulic system was modeled and simulated. The braking pressure was measured by the ABS HIL simulation test platform and compared with the simulation results, the results show that the simulation results can agree with the measured valves, the average error is less than 0.84bar.The conclusion is the model gives a convenient and reliable way in the ABS hydraulic control unit parameters design, and provides basis of control logic.
