泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计

摘    要:为了研究掺人旧路铣刨材料的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料设计与性能,以广东佛山到开平高速公路扩建T程为例。通过在混合料中掺人不同水泥用量(0%、1.5%、2.5%),旋转压实成型试件,对试件进行干、湿劈裂强度检测,干、湿劈裂强度随水泥用量增加而增加。按试验得到设计参数(最佳含水量为4.9%、最佳沥青用量为3%、水泥掺量为1.5%)制备混合料。分别对其进行车辙试验和疲劳试验。试验结果表明,增加沥青用量会降低泡沫沥青混合料高温稳定性能,沥青用量限定于3.5%以下确保泡沫混合料高温稳定性能。在300its应变水平下,增加沥青用量,混合料疲劳寿命没有明显变化;而在200儿£应变水平下,沥青用量的增加对疲劳寿命有显著影响。

Abstract:To study the design and performance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture when mixed with old road milling material, this paper takes Foshan-kaiping Freeway expansion project as an example to illustrate optimizing the ratio. In the experiment, the foamed asphalt mixture is rotated, compacted and molded into specimens with differ- ent cement dosage of 0%, 1.5% and 2.5% respectively to test the dry and wet splitting strength. Tests show that the strength increases with the cement dosage. The rutting test and fatigue test are made on the mixture prepared accord- ing to the optimum parameter of 4.9% water, 4.9% asphalt and 1.5% cement. Test results show that the increase of as- phalt will reduce the stability of asphalt mixture at high temperature, the stability at high temperature would be guar- anteed if asphalt ratio is restricted to less than 3.5%; there is no significant change in mixture fatigue life with the in- crease of asphalt below 300μεstrain, while the increase of asphalt content has a significant effect on the fatigue life below 200με strain level o
