职业院校“六位一体”班级管理模式研究

班级是职业院校学生学习生活的基本单位，班级管理是学校实施有效教学管理工作的重要环节之一，班主任是班级管理的核心。文中分析了职业院校班级管理不足的现状，结合职业院校实际提出了一种“六位一体”新型班级管理模式，并从班主任、学生、学校、科任教师、家长与社会以及PDCA持续上升班级管理等方面对实施“六位一体”班级管理进行了研究与分析。

Study on Six in One Class Management Model at Vocational College

As class is students’ basic learning and living unit at vocational college, class management is one of the important aspects in effective school teaching management, among which Class Teacher being the core . This paper, on the basis of analyzing the lack of classroom management at vocational college, proposed a new six in One class management mode in view of the situation, and makes all-round study on implementation of the mode from different perspectives including the Class Teacher, Students, Schools, Subject Teachers, Parents and the Community as well as rising PDCA class management.
