| 摘 要： | 针对近几年发生在我国较为频繁的软件盗版事件，通过建立博弈模型，对盗版事件的两方博弈主体，即软件初始制造者和软件盗版者之间的利益关系开展了博弈分析．在理论分析的基础上，提出了应对我国软件盗版事件频发的建议．

| Abstract: | With lots of events of software piracy in China in recent years,we establish the model of game theory,and analyze the interest relationship of the two-party subjects,such as the initial maker of software and the piracy of software.Based on the analysis of theories,we get some suggestions to deal with software piracy. |
