| 摘 要： | IEC61850的特点是建立分层的体系结构、统一对象模型和抽象通信服务接口等，实现面向通用对象的变电站事件（GOOSE）报文通信是IEC61850通信的一种方式，它解决了对实时性和可靠性要求很高的数据传榆．文中详细研究了GOOSE报文通信方式及其流程，这对实现GOOSE通信提供了一种可行性方法，最后，给出了GOOSE通信实体结构图，包括了GOOSE通信的一整套通信流程．结合GOOSE报文的发送和接收，讨论了基于Linux操作系统上的通信，详细描述了Linux网络设备驱动程序．
