| 摘 要： | 试图通过分析美女经济现象,从中找出中国女大学生就业难背后的文化价值原因,指出美女经济无形中损害了女大学生学习和工作的积极性,妨碍了女大学生就业知识结构的合理搭建,因此女大学生就业首先应树立主体意识和人生价值观.

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to analyze the phenomenon of beauty economy to find out the cultural reasons to explain the competitive employment situation to female students.Meanwhile,the author tries to emphasize that the beauty economy virtually undermines female students' devotion to study and work,which is a barrier to form a scientific view of employment.Therefore,female graduates should,first and foremost,establish the correct idea of personal identity and life values. |
