In the 21st century,protection system of intellectual property rights is gradually improved.Systems of intellectual property rights protection in the developed countries become more and more mature.The international research focuses on early warning mechanisms about how to prevent the occurrence of trouble in advance.The paper analyzes necessity and importance of establishing the intellectual property warning mechanism.By analyzing the experience of other countries,the paper claims that early warning mechanisms of China＇s intellectual property should be built to strengthen talents construction of intellectual property,establish a high level expert team of early warning,establish intellectual property warning system technology and perfect fund safeguard system,unify administrative institutions of intellectual property,make strategies of business secret protection,adopt the trademark into early warning mechanism,establish rapid reaction mechanism of intellectual property,perfect the database of intellectual property,and found more commercial intelligence service companies.National and local government,trade organization,and enterprises should cooperate to establish the warning mechanism.
