| 摘 要： | 民主是人类孜孜以求的政治发展目标，改革开放后，以邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛为代表的党中央十分重视民主政治建设，初步形成了民主政治建设的理论，内容包括中国民主政治建设的制度、规律、形式等．党的十七大报告以较大篇幅论述了民主政治建设的问题，透过报告的四句话能看到未来中国民主政治的一些发展趋势．
