中国慈善活动实施现状调研的数据分析

《中国慈善事业法律体系建构研究》课题组经过较长时间酝酿后,就中国慈善活动实施现状、中国慈善事业发展前景等问题,先后组织了两次较大规模的社会问卷调查.在两次问卷调查数据的基础上,运用数据统计分析等手段,就中国慈善活动开展过程中存在的问题和整体的发展态势进行了数据分析,并进行了相应的概括总结.认为造成中国慈善活动实施现状的重要原因是慈善事业法律体系的缺失,呼吁中国慈善事业法律体系的有效建构.

Data Analysis on Survey of Implementation Status of Chinese Charity Activities

After a long-time brewing,the research group of A Research of Construction of Legal System of Chinese Charities has organized two large-scale social surveys on implementation status of Chinese charity activities,development prospects of Chinese charities and other issues.Based on data of two questionnaire surveys,as for the existing problems in the process of developing Chinese charity activities and the overall development trend,the paper analyzes data and makes a corresponding summary through analyzing statistical data and other means.The research group believes that the significant reason of causing implementation status of Chinese charity activities and appeals to effectively constructing legal system of Chinese charities.
