| 摘 要： | 原产地规则是各国和地区为了确定商品原产国或地区而采取的法律、规章和普遍适用的行政命令;原产地规则有多种类别;原产地规则对全世界的和我国的国际贸易有多方面的影响和作用;现行中国原产地规则存在若干问题;我国关于原产地规则的对策可以从多方面加以完善.

| Abstract: | Rule of origin is law,regulation and popularly used administration order that all countries and areas in order to confirm the origin country and area;there are many kinds of the rules of origin;the influence and action of rule of origin on the international trade of the world(including our country) includes many aspects;there are some problems in chinese rule of origin nowadays;our country's strategy about rule of origin can be taken into perfect by many ways. |
