| 摘 要： | 针对南昌开展既有住宅节能改造在经济上是否可行的问题,运用能耗分析软件对典型既有建筑节能改造前后进行能耗分析,通过性价比指标与动态投资回收期从多个方案中优选节能方案,并对所选方案进行技术经济分析,得出南昌市开展既有住宅节能改造在经济上切实可行,为南昌地区今后推广既有建筑节能改造提供了技术经济支持。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the economic feasibility of energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings in Nanchang,this paper uses energy consumption analysis software to analyze the energy consumption before and after reconstruction.Through price index and dynamic investment recovery period,some energy-saving programs are selected to conduct their technical and economic analysis.The conclusion is that energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings in Nanchang is feasible in terms of economy,which provides technical and economic support for promoting energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings in Nanchang. |
