| 摘 要： | 社会转型时期，新旧制度碰撞，我国农村纠纷呈现新的特点。农村纠纷对我国社会主义新农村建设产生重大影响，要保证我国社会主义新农村建设顺利进行，需要结合社会转型时期我国农村纠纷的新特点，从预防、处理、善后三个阶段着手建立和完善我国农村纠纷的解决机制。
