滨海吹填砂和淤泥路基的固化及施工研究

摘    要:进行了固化沿海地区淤泥和吹填砂混合物代替山皮石的相关试验,包括在实验室内研究泥和砂的最佳混合比例和合适的固化剂类型;固化泥砂混合物的抗压强度及劈裂强度试验、干湿循环试验、冻融试验等;固化混合物的现场施工过程及固化泥砂混合物和山皮石填料的经济效益对比分析.研究结果表明,当淤泥和吹填以40%和60%的质量比例混合、采用G2固化剂固化泥砂混合物时,固化土各项性能均较好;采用本文研制的固化剂固化泥砂混合物后,现场测试的强度及弯沉值等指标均满足公路路基设计要求;固化泥砂混合物可代替山皮石作为路(地)基填料,并可节约成本40.5%.

Abstract:The related research about the stabilized mixture of hydraulic fill sand and silt in coastal area were carried out,which included the study of optimum mixing ratio of hydraulic fill sand and silt and appropriate stabilizer type;compressive strength tests,splitting strength tests,wet and dry cycle tests and freezing and thawing cycle tests of the stabilized mixture of hydraulic fill sand and silt in the laboratory;on-site construction process of the stabilized mixture;the economic benefits comparative analysis of the stabilized mixture of hydraulic fill sand and silt and hillside stones.The results show that when silt and hydraulic fill sand were mixed with 40% and 60% of the mass and the G2 stabilizers were used to stabilize the silt and hydraulic fill sand mixture,the performances of the stabilized mixture were relative high;Both the on-site strength and deflection value could meet highway subgrade design criterion;the stabilized mixture of hydraulic fill sand and silt could replace hillside stones as subgrade filler,which could save 40.5% cost.
