摘    要:应用CFD软件FLUENT,采用SIMPLE算法、κ-ε标准湍流模型和RNG湍流模型,对某厂提供的空气滤清器内的不可压缩湍流流场进行三维数值模拟,其中滤芯部分用多孔介质进行模拟.着重分析了空气滤清器内的速度场和压力场分布,并为提高空滤器滤清效率,提出了空滤器结构的改进方案.

Abstract:Using the CFD software FLUENT,the three-dimensional turbulent flow filed in one kind of air-filter was simulated numerically based on the SIMPLE arithmetic,the κ-ε turbulent standard model and RNG model.Filter of the air filter is modeled as porous media.The pressure and velocity in the air filter were presented.An optimization project was proposed to improve the filtering efficiency.
