摘    要:公路客运枢纽方案评价是布局规划的一个重要步骤.从相对劣值隶属度出发,建立了加权向量的概念,将备选方案与最不理想方案的几何偏差作为选优的依据,提出了基于欧氏范数的客运枢纽评价方法.该方法把权重与目标值合成作为加权向量,改进了权重的传统使用方法,并对权重的确定做了更为科学地处理,为客运枢纽方案评价的多指标、多准则有效合成,提供了一种量化解决问题的方法.最后用实例验证了其有效性.

Abstract:It is an important step to evaluate highway passenger transportation hubs' planning.The weighted vector is proposed based on inferior subordination degrees.An evaluating method is also suggested according to the Euclid Norm of the alternatives from the worst one.The weight and the target value are synthesized as a weighting vector,so the tradition application method of weight is improved and the processing of weight is more scientific.A quantitative method is introduced to solve the problem,which is about effective synthesis of multi-targets and multi criteria to evaluate highway passenger transportation hubs' planning.Finally the validity is confirmed by an example.
