| 摘 要： | 托盘的载货效率是国家制定托盘规格标准、企业选用托盘的关键性指标.文中运用启发式运算法则,采用最优化码放原则,在货物包装尺寸不确定的情况下,设计了2个随机托盘载货试验,从制造商载货角度分析计算了3种主流规格托盘对标准包装货物和非标准包装货物的载货效率,以及不同结构(长宽比)托盘的载货性能,发现托盘的载货效率与托盘自身结构有关,在3种主流规格托盘中1 200 mm×1 000 mm型托盘比其他规格托盘具有更加优越的载货性能.
