| 摘 要： | 指出灰色模型的残差是一种马尔科夫链，并在此基础上提出马尔科夫残差修正灰色模型，并将其应用于公路网规划中的运输量的预测，比较了该方法与灰色预测模型的精度，实例表明该修正模型不仅可以弥补马尔柯夫预测的局限，又可弥补灰色模型的不足，具有较高的预测精度。 |

| Abstract: | This study presents that residual of the grey model is a Markov-chain ,then presents a new residual modification model. Then this model is applied to forecast traffic volume in highway planning. Empirical results indicate that the Markov-chain residual modification model achieves reliable and precise results. |
