基于单神经元自适应PID控制的共轨压力控制研究

摘    要:对共轨系统油轨压力的控制方法进行了理论与实验研究.设计了单神经网络自适应PID控制器,相应的控制程序在Labview环境下进行了实现.在试验台上对单神经元自适应PID控制与常规PID控制进行了对比.试验结果表明:对共轨系统油轨压力采用单神经元自适应PID控制,其控制效果好于常规PID控制,并且其控制误差更小.

Abstract:The overflow control method of pressure in common rail has been studied through theory and experiment.The single neuron adaptive PID controller has been designed,and the corresponding control program has been worked out under the Labview environment.The experimental study is performed in the experimental platform,and the results have been compared with those from experiment for common PID controller.The comparison shows that the effect of single neuron PID control is superior to that of common PID control;in addition,single neuron adaptive PID controller has smaller error.
