永磁直线同步电机的推力波动分析研究

摘    要:为改善永磁直线同步电机的控制性能,需要研究减小其推力波动的技术措施.文中对PM LSM推力波动的产生机理进行分析,指出关键是反电动势波形的正弦形,并进一步论述通过改善反电动势波形降低推力波动的有效措施是合理选择极弧系数与分数槽或分布绕组设计相配合.对理论进行了实验验证.

Abstract:Control characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors(PMSLM) are improved by studying measures to reduce the force ripple in PMSLM.The force ripple mechanism is analyzed for PMLSM,and the key factor is the sine wave shape of the back MMF.Further the effective measures to achieving sine wave shape o f back MMF is introduced,this can reduce force ripple: one method chooses pole arc coefficient and fraction slot or distributing winding design in reason,and the experiments validate theoretical results.
