滑油污染度对车用柴油机台架磨合过程影响研究

摘    要:利用油液检测技术中光谱分析、颗粒度分析和铁谱分析方法,研究了滑油污染度对CA6110Z-07Y型柴油机磨合过程的影响,光谱分析和颗粒粒度分析结果表明:1号机和3号机磨损性元素Fe,Cu,Al和Pb的含量在25~30min有一个明显下降量,说明柴油机润滑油完全经过滑油滤器的循环周期约为25min.由于3台机使用的是国产CD40润滑油,所有磨损性元素Fe,Cu,Al和Pb的含量在45min的磨合过程中均呈上升趋势,表明45min后仍未达到良好的磨合结果.同时,铁谱分析也证实了光谱分析和颗粒计数的结果.

Abstract:Based on utilizing spectrometric analysis, ferrographic analysis and particle size analysis of oil MOZART K330 technology, the effect of pollution level of running-in oil of CA6110Z-07Y diesel running-in is studied. The results of spectrometric analysis and particle size analysis show that the content of wear element of Fe, Cu, Pb and A1 of No. 1 and No. 3 diesel with new running-in oil are in downtrend after 25-30 min running-in. It is shown that the circulation period of system lube oil totally going through the filter is about 25 min. As all the 3 diesels using the China made CD40 oil that all the content of wear element of Fe, Cu, Pb and Al are increased after 45 min running-in. It is shown that the engine has not accomplished the running-in process after 45 min. Meanwhile, the ferrographie analysis shows a same result as the spectrometric analysis.
