基于CAN总线的汽车检测技术研究

摘    要:为了提高汽车检测设备数据传输的实时性和可靠性,给出了以CAN总线技术为基础,利用独立CAN控制器SJA1000及嵌入式控制器组成汽车检测线各单元的核心控制器方法.文中完成了基于CAN总线的方案设计并开发了上下位机的软硬件系统.实践证明,其检测系统具有很高的实时性和非破坏性,与传统方法相比明显提高了数据采集系统的性能和检测速度.

Abstract:In order to improve real time and reliability of transferring data for automobile testing equipment, we propose a method using the unattached CAN bus controller SJA 1000 and embedded controller as the controller of each unit of automobile testing system. In this paper, the scheme design based on CAN bus is presented and the system of upper and lower computer including hardware and software is developed. As is shown in the practice, high real time and non--destructive are fulfilled in the testing system. By this method, the capability of collecting data and speed of testing are increased significantly as compared with traditional method.
