慢走丝电火花镗磨工艺方法的研究

摘    要:针对硬质合金等难加工材料小孔的精加工,文中提出了一种慢走丝电火花镗磨工艺方法,该方法是在慢走丝电火花线切割机床(HCS250)上设计了一套机床镗磨附件进行磨削加工.但电火花加工的放电过程非常复杂,整个加工受多种因素影响.通过正交实验和极差分析法,重点探讨了低速走丝电火花镗磨加工过程中平均间隙电流、平均间隙电压和工件转速对加工工艺的影响状况.实验结果表明,该工艺方法行之有效.

Abstract:This paper proposed a new technological process of low speed electrical discharge grinding(EDG)for the finish machining of small hole of hard processing material such as hard alloy,etc,in which a machine tool grinding attachment was designed and equipped on the WEDM-LS(HCS250)to do grinding machining.However,the EDM process is very complicated,which is influenced by many factors.According to the orthogonal experiment and range analysis,this paper discussed the effect of the average gap current,average gap voltage and rotational speed on processing technology in the process of EDG.The results showed the new method is effective.
