| 摘 要： | 重构车间令各种生产设备分布在合理位置,促使各种在制品和零部件以较高的效率流动,可以减少流动资金,缩短制造周期,降低产品成本.文中研究了金工车间的烧结台车生产线,用系统布局规划的方法重构现有生产线布局,得到车问几种优化布局,利用加权平均法分析和评价,再用FleXSim软件对现有布局和各种优化布局进行建模和仿真,2种选优方法最终保证了车间重构方案的可行性.
